This cool Cuisinart CRC-29B Octagonal Hanging Cookware Rack Nice Rack!By F. CullisThe pot rack is great, easy to assemble and looks great in our kitchen. Two quick points about assembley:1. Some of the hardware described in the directions has changed. It looks to me like improvements/updates were made to the hardware but not the instruction sheet. Still no problems installing and everything worked fine.2. This pot rack does not use chains for installation. We did not take this into consideration when we bought this for our kitchen, which has 10 foot ceilings. We ended up buying a small length of chain to lower the rack so that pots could be reached.
